  • Renovation of an existing institution corridor and  construction of a two storeyconstruction of a two storey addition housing a bookstore expansion on the main floor and Rumors Dining Room on the second floor.  The 2001 interior facelift encompassed new flooring, wall colours, furniture and interior decor.

  • $900,000 plus $150,000 interior facelift
