Our Team

We are motivated by a need to continually look for a better way of planning, designing and building environments that benefit our clients and their communities.

The FORM team is comprised of close to 30 people that include architects, structural engineers, technologists, interior designers, interns, contract administrators and support staff who are passionate about building better places for people.

Michelle Gibson, Partner

Michelle loves cooking, camping and renovating her home. She is highly skilled in planning, building, scheduling group clients, and works with high energy to achieve goals and embraces the latest building information modelling software.

Matthew Mills, Associate Partner

Matt’s desire in the architectural field has led him to pursue an architectural designation through the RAIC Syllabus. He also loves taking a hands-on approach to home construction and renovations. Matt loves the challenges offered in large complex projects and has strong technical skills in detailing drawings and renderings.

Family, painting and kayaking the spectacular North Shore keep Kimberley busy in the off hours. With a background in both visual art and architecture, she enjoys reconciling the complex and often competing demands of challenging projects. Kimberley employs design strategies that allow project solutions to develop with input from all stakeholders.

Karl loves the challenges of cycling, cross-country skiing and running, but foremost loves spending quality time with his family. Well experienced in Building Information Modeling, Karl creates intricate building envelope details in drawings and renderings, in addition to handling the IT needs of the firm.
