Sister Leila Greco Apartments

The Sister Leila Greco Apartments, part of the Centre of Excellence for Integrated Seniors’ Services (CEISS) are located on a St. Joseph’s Care Group campus. The apartments are positioned beside Hogarth Riverview Manor and next to the future site of the CIESS long-term care facility. The 8 storey building includes 132 one-bedroom supportive housing apartments designed for seniors who require some level of support to be able to live independently in the community. The apartments are accessible and tailored to meet the needs of seniors by providing a full kitchen, laundry facilities on all floors, dining/activity room and spa room with two mechanical lift tubs. With careful and sensitive design, the centre maintains a home like residential atmosphere throughout the resident home areas and apartment units, and maximizes day lighting and views to the surrounding natural and urban landscapes.
